As a product manager in the era of artificial intelligence (AI), I was challenged to analyze product reviews of a Mozilla privacy browser, Focus, in one of my courses. Back in the days, I had a Customer Service team of three to go through negative feedback and show weekly report. So, I wonder how computers can outperform them.
